How do you deal with your knowledge to other people? Do your friends and family know about your true nature? When do you tell other people about it?

With me it is so that my closer friends know it, however I don't tell anything about it to other people. This would not really be well received by colleagues and family..

I have told only one person that I'm an otherkin. This person was a friend for long years and also had experiences with many other beings. Since that moment the contact between us doesn't exist anymore.

some of my friends know i'm demon. few know we're a multiple system, but that's mainly because the multiple part hasn't been there for that long. for some reason, however, most people have taken the kinship better than the multiplicity.

May I ask in what way did you tell them that you are otherkin / demon / multiple system? Or did they already sensed it? How did they react?

It's usually a good way to start by telling them that "there are people who believe ..." and then wait for their reaction before going any further.
